Position: Customer Service position for an Europen Pharmaceutical Wholesaler

Location: Panjim,Goa 

Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service

Vaccancy: 4

Qualification: HSSC/ graduate in any field is preffered.

Shift Timing: 11.30 am- 8.30 pm ( Saturday- Sunday fixed iff

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients
• Cold calling the identified clients
• Identify business opportunities
• Opening up trading accounts
• Negotiate prices and place orders
• Regular monthly meetings with the clients
• Maintain good client relations and be able to negotiate best terms
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Be a team player.
• Should be able to manage time.
• Self-motivated.
• Proficiency in English
